I tried to register but I never received the Token to verify my email address.
First try checking your spam folder. If it is not in your spam folder, try to register again. If you still do not receive the email, email us at serve@hatchbrighter.com.

I downloaded the app, now how do I get started?
On the Home screen, you will see all the Big Ideas that are ready for you to explore with your child. Click on the Big Idea to see all the Days for that Skill. Click on Day 1 and swipe through the exercises with your child. For more guidance, click on the Learn More link on the top of the Home Screen.

How can I reset or change my password?
To change your password:
Open up the app > Click on Profile icon on the bottom right hand corner > Click on the Settings icon in the upper left hand corner > Click on Change Password
To reset your password:
From the main login screen of the app, click on “Forgot your password? Reset it.” and follow the instructions.

How do I view my Subscription info?
Open up the app > Click on Profile icon on the bottom right hand corner > Click on the Settings icon in the upper left hand corner > Click on Subscription Info

Can I do Hatch Brighter with more than one child at a time?
Yes you may but currently, only one child will get credit at a time, as you go through any given Day.

How many kids can I setup within the app?
You can add up to 3 kids.

How can my child give to Charity?
Each child will earn a light ray every time they complete 1 Day for a Big Idea with you. As soon as they have 1 or more light rays, they can go to the Charity section of the app and choose a Charity to donate to. As soon as we reach 1000 subscribers, we will convert these light rays into actual dollars and donate on behalf of all the kids.

How does my child earn a light ray?
Each child will earn a light ray every time they complete 1 Day for a Big Idea with you.
